Question: Female pattern hair loss?

If a woman has female pattern hair loss at a very early age...say 18- 29, does this mean that she does not have two good XX chromosomes..?

No. There can be many reasons, some medical and some due to stress, diet, medication and nutrition. Styling stress and the way she cares for her hair - example Is she chemically straightening / relaxing her hair? Take a look at therapyg.com - They have a lot of good information.
