They sell prenatal vitamins at your local supermarket and they are use for hair growth. They also make your nails grow and make your feel great. You shouldn't take them long term, but for a year or so you'll be fine and they will really make you look great.

Do nothing except avoiding spicy & oily food. Just wash it regularly (2-3 day in week).

Some of the most important include: - Essential Fatty Acids - The B Vitamins - Antioxidants - Sulfur - Zinc But vitamins and diet are only one part of it, you should also consider adding excercise and hair loss products into your hair growth solution. It's nothing to it really, you just need to use this product called groganics DHT It stops the DHT in your hair that is the root of hair loss groganics attacks the problem and stops it from forming. Go to the groganics website: GROGANICS. com go to the store page. Groganics doesn't have to be in capitals when you type it in the search bar. I hope this helps.
