Question: Has anyone recovered from telogen effluvium (hair loss)?

My hair fell out in like October and well, its almost August now and I am not sure if its any thicker than it was in the winter. Has anyone fully recovered from it and how long did it take? I know that everything online says it should 6- 12 months for full hair density to return, but do you count 6 months even when all the shedding was happening or 6 months after all the excess shedding stops? If its the latter, then I guess I need more time to just wait it out.. Its just such a devastating, traumatic experience to go through. I want my hair back. |
